Lactalis to invest over $75 million in two NYS manufacturing facilities

Gov. Kathy Hochul on Monday announced Lactalis USA will invest more than $75 million to upgrade both its Walton and Buffalo facilities, enabling them to expand capacity and gain efficiencies.
