Celebrity chefs to bring flavor & flair to 4th Fallsview Food and Drink Fest

No apron required! Settle in for a weekend of exceptional culinary delights as we proudly welcome back the culinary event that sold out last year, Fallsview Food and Drink Fest, from June 5-7. Showcasing one of the most flavorful lineups of celebrity chefs to date, alongside inspired food and beverage offerings set against the iconic grandeur of Niagara Falls, this year’s event promises a feast for the senses – featuring both new and returning celebrity and celebrated local chefs, engaging live demonstrations, and exclusive experiences crafted to delight every palate.

Mark your calendar! Tickets sell fast and will be available for purchase through Ticketmaster at 10 a.m. Friday, March 27. All purchased tickets include parking.

Start the weekend off on Friday, June 5 (7-10 p.m.), with our “Celebrity Chef Dine About.” Attend an exclusive evening of fine food, amazing drinks and interact with celebrity chefs Gabe Bertaccini, Maneet Chauhan, Michael Smith and Craig Wong. Sample local food and drink pairings and live music provided by DJ JustGeorge. On Saturday, June 6 (1-4 p.m.), don’t miss Fallsview Food Con, an all-inclusive eating extravaganza featuring celebrity chefs and local vendors alike, sharing their incredible, edible creations and live demonstrations.

On Sunday, June 7, celebrate the weekend over “Brunch with Michael Smith Presented by Egg Farmers of Ontario” in 21 Club Steak and Seafood, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Enjoy a delightful brunch alongside a master food creator and enjoy a breathtaking view of Niagara Falls.

Meet this year’s Food and Drink Fest celebrity chefs 

•Gabe Bertaccini – A celebrated chef, entrepreneur and founder of award-winning IL TOCCO FOOD, a culinary experience company, Bertaccini is currently the co-host of the hit culinary show “Ciao House” on the Food Network together with chef Alex Guarnaschelli. He regularly judges “Chopped,” “Alex Vs America,” “Supermarket Stakeout” and “Beat Bobby Flay,” and has competed on “24 in 24” and “Grudge Match.”

•Maneet Chauhan – A celebrated chef, restaurateur, and “Chopped” judge, Chauhan blends her Indian heritage with global culinary influences. She is a James Beard Award recipient and a leader in the international food scene. A Nashville restaurateur, Chauhan is a two-time “Tournament of Champions” winner.

•Craig Wong – A celebrated television personality and restaurateur, Wong hosts “Cook Like A Chef” and judges CTV’s “Milk Masters” and “MasterChef Canada.” With each dish, he creates soulful, flavor-packed food, blending his cultural background and culinary artistry, captivating diners globally.

•Michael Smith – A celebrated Canadian chef, TV host, best-selling author, and Prince Edward Island’s Food Ambassador, Smith is dedicated to promoting sustainable home cooking and unforgettable farm-to-fork dining experiences at The Inn at Bay Fortune.

Comedian and TV personality John Catucci returns as the host of Fallsview’s Food and Drink Fest. He is best known for bringing his enthusiasm for great food and storytelling to the Food Network’s Canada series “You Gotta Eat Here!” and “Big Food Bucket List.” A fan-favorite among food lovers, he’s ready to bring his signature charm to this year’s festival.
