Grand Island’s newest ice cream destination, The Island Shoppe at 1966 Whitehaven Road, secures partnership with Perry’s Ice Cream

Press Release

The Island Shoppe is thrilled to announce a partnership with Perry’s Ice Cream, bringing the beloved Western New York brand back to Grand Island.

The Island Shoppe is now scooping daily and is proudly offering the premium flavors that local customers have come to know and love.

“As a family-owned business, we’re incredibly proud and humbled to represent the Perry’s brand,” said Vinny and Josephine Ciffa, proprietors of The Island Shoppe. “The support we’ve received has been amazing – from hands-on collaboration to a personal site visit from the Perry’s team. Their commitment to quality and community is exactly why Perry’s remains a staple in Western New York, and we’re honored to carry that legacy forward.”

Located at 1966 Whitehaven Road, The Island Shoppe is open daily and features a rotating selection of Perry’s Ice Cream flavors, milkshakes, sundaes and more.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there.

The Island Shoppe will expand its menu to include another Western New York institution: Red Osier Roast Beef, with a soft opening May 15 and an official launch May 16.

Red Osier is known for its legendary hand-carved roast beef sandwiches dipped in rich au jus and served on classic kimmelweck rolls. Red Osier’s arrival marks the first time its signature offerings will be available in a fast-casual setting on Grand Island.

These partnerships bring together two iconic flavors of WNY – ice cream and beef on weck – at one destination, just in time for summer.
