As 2026 approaches, Erie County Clerk Michael P. Kearns is urging motorists to prepare for significant and far-reaching changes to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles driver point system. These reforms, adopted in late 2024, are designed to more quickly identify high-risk motorists and improve road safety across New York.

The club will match all donations - dollar for dollar - up to $4,000. This match is made possible, in part, through a $2,000 district grant awarded by Rotary International, allowing the local club to expand its giving and deepen its impact on the community.
