On Sept. 12, Kristen Cascio, Suzanne Tomkins and Bonnie Alabiso were outside of the Sandy Beach Farm Store & Bakery, 3432 Wallace Drive, to give out food scrap collection bins to Grand Island residents who signed up for the pilot food scrap collection program.
“People can register online and can pick up bins at the Highway Department while supplies last,” Cascio said.
