Fifteen years after seeing its first tee shot, Seneca Hickory Stick Golf Course continues to gain national acclaim and prestige in the golfing world.

The course was recently named to Golfweek Magazine’s Best of 2025 list of top 50 casino golf courses in the U.S. Seneca Hickory Stick ranked No. 37 on the list, up three spots from its 2024 ranking.

Golfweek’s course-ratings panel, which includes hundreds of members, continually evaluates courses across the country, rating them based on a list of 10 criteria. The panel members also file a single, overall rating on each course. The ratings are then averaged to produce a final rating for each course that is used to compile the magazine’s Best Course rankings.

Designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones II, Seneca Hickory Stick Golf Course is regarded as one of the finest courses in New York, and has been regularly included on numerous “Best Courses” lists from such publications as Golf Magazine and Golfweek Magazine.
