Niagara County Public Works Commissioner Garret Meal announced the Niagara County Golf Course is now closed for the season. Meal said the closure was based on both current weather conditions and the future outlook that does not show any improvements in conditions.
“The wetness and leaf cover are making the course difficult to play, and with no near-term improvements in weather expected, this is the right time to close,” Meal said.
He added, “Thank you all our patrons and golfers for a great 2025 season. We appreciate all of the kind words from those who really enjoyed the improvements and upgrades to the course of the last couple of years. We look forward to continuing to ensure the Niagara County Golf Course offers a quality and affordable place to golf and hold your events.”
