The Lewiston Choraleers will present a holiday program, "The Sounds of the Season," at three area church sites this season. The schedule includes:
√ Saturday, Dec. 6, 2 p.m., First Presbyterian Church, 505 Cayuga St., Lewiston
√ Saturday, Dec. 13, 2 p.m., St. James Lutheran Church, 2437 Niagara Road, Niagara Falls (Bergholz)
√ Sunday, Dec. 14, 2 p.m., Messiah Lutheran Church, 915 Oneida St., Lewiston
The program will feature traditional, contemporary, ethnic and international holiday music. Newly hired music conductor Claudia Andres will direct the 50-member community chorus and will be accompanied by pianist Carl Mayer.
All performances are open to the public. The general admission fee is $5 (children 12 and under are admitted free).
Since its formation in 2007, the Lewiston Choraleers have presented seasonal concerts in the Niagara Falls-Lewiston area. A list of scheduled performances is available on the newly designed website at www.lewistonchoraleers.com and on Facebook.
