Henry Lobl of Grand Island, formerly of Long Island, died Nov. 16, 2025.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Annete Boies-Lobl. He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth (Daniel Provost) Thompson; by his cherished grandchildren: Robert, Daniel and Erin; by his sister, Joan (Lawrence) Kalstein; and by extended family and friends.
Henry was an Army veteran and alumnus of Albany College of Pharmacy and Cornell University. He was a dedicated Lions Club member, avid traveler, and lifelong dog lover.
Friends may call from 3-6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, at Kaiser Funeral Home, 1950 Whitehaven Road, Grand Island. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, at St. Stephen R.C. Church, 2100 Baseline Road, followed by interment at Clarence Fillmore Cemetery, 4580 Ransom Road, Clarence.
