Northpointe Council Inc. will host a free Narcan and medication safety training from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the Red Brick Municipal Building, 145 N. Fourth St., Lewiston.
Participants will learn how to recognize an opioid overdose, administer Narcan, understand New York State Good Samaritan protections, and safely store and dispose of medications. Each participant will receive a free Narcan kit and medication lock bag. Refreshments will be provided by the Lewiston Lions Club.
