Parish Players Inc. will hold auditions for its upcoming holiday production of “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” by Barbara Robinson.
Auditions will be held from 6-8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 21-22, at the Grand Island Cultural Center, 2106 Baseline Road (former St. Stephen’s Old Church).
The production will feature a mixed cast of adults and children, offering an opportunity for performers of a variety of ages and talent levels to take part in this beloved holiday comedy.
In “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever,” the annual Christmas pageant takes an unexpected turn when the Herdman children – the most notoriously unruly kids in town – take over the production. What begins as chaos becomes a funny, heartwarming story about community, family, and seeing the Christmas story in a new way.
Performances will be held Sunday, Dec. 6; Friday, Dec. 11; and Saturday, Dec. 12, at the Grand Island Cultural Center. Performance times and additional production information will be announced.
Parish Players welcomes adults and children interested in being part of this fun, family-friendly holiday production. Whether you are an experienced performer or new to the stage, auditions are an opportunity to join a community of local theater enthusiasts and help bring this Christmas classic to life.
