Niagara County Legislator Jesse Gooch recently presented a check of $6,500 to Boy Scout Troop 824 for donations that were collected for parking the vehicles during the “Thursdays on the Water” summer concert season.
One Scout addressed the crowd and talked about the importance of the funds for the troop – this was the largest profitable fundraiser the group has had to date.
