Sikora, former North Tonawanda fire chief, as the grand marshal for the 5th annual North Tonawanda Dyngus Day parade. A lifelong resident who dedicated over three decades to protecting the public, Sikora will lead this year's parade down Oliver Street.

Having been a town resident for over 50 years, he brings extensive local experience to his role. In one of his previous roles, he was the town's police commissioner and is currently the town's deputy supervisor.

The Niagara USA 250 committee has selected a logo for local celebrations of America's 250th birthday in 2026. The logo was designed by Edgepath, a Lockport-based graphic design firm. The image ties into the national America 250 logo, but includes local features such as Niagara Falls.
