Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane announced Wyatt Losi, 18, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty this morning before Buffalo City Court Judge Tiffany R. Perry to one count of making a threat of mass harm (class "B" misdemeanor). The defendant was offered a plea to the reduced charge with the consent of the victim.
