Spring is about to bloom in Niagara County! The 2026 spring bouquet sale, hosted by Niagara Hospice, will take place March 9-14. The spring bouquet sale is one of the organization's largest fundraisers, and proceeds support the nonprofit's mission of providing "the right care, in the right place, at the right time" for over 1,000 individuals and their families every year.
